Threesixfive is working with a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company on a mission to make e-commerce operations seamless for some of the world’s most exciting brands.

They’re now looking for a Solution Designerto join their delivery team and take ownership of complex integration projects for fast-growing e-commerce businesses.

This role combines elements of Project Management, Business Analysis, and Account Management – perfect for someone who enjoys being both the technical translator and the trusted partner for clients.

What you’ll do

  • Own client relationships during projects lasting from 8 weeks to 8 months, acting as their first point of contact.

  • Run customer-facing workshops to understand their needs and extract technical and business requirements.

  • Design solutions that bridge complex system problems for fast-growing e-commerce retailers.

  • Write high-quality, detailed specifications for client projects, including process flows and system diagrams that make technical information easy to understand.

  • Translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders and business requirements for developers.

  • Work with the pre-sales and development teams to estimate project costs and timelines.

  • Oversee go-lives and ensure smooth transitions for clients as they adopt new integrations.

  • Support testing processes by working closely with development teams and customers.

  • Conduct project retrospectives to gather learnings and contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Help plan and manage workloads across the Solution Design team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Build strong professional relationships with a variety of customer contacts and stakeholders.

About you

You thrive in a startup-like environment where you can wear multiple hats and drive projects forward. You’re confident managing clients, solving problems, and keeping projects on track end-to-end.

Must-haves:

✅ Or 3-5 years in retail/e-commerce operations with strong systems exposure

✅ 2-3 years as a Business Analyst, Sytem Analyst, Solution Designer, or Project Manager in a technical setting

✅ Demonstrated experience owning client relationships and managing complex projects

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✅ Based in the UK or within GMT ±3 hours

 Big plus:

⭐ Hands-on experience with Shopify or Netsuite

⭐ Previous startup or agency experience

⭐ Interest in AI and process automation
