🔍 What we’re looking for
Threesixfive is working with a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS company on a mission to make e-commerce operations seamless for some of the world’s most exciting brands. They’re known for integrations that work faster, more accurately and more reliably than the competition. The Solution Designer is the key role in making that happen.
You’ll be the person that brings real results to brands: the elimination of overselling, confidence in accurate inventory and financial data, the ability to launch operations quickly in new markets and channels.
The heart of this role needs someone who is an expert at eliciting complex requirements from our customers and translating them into integrations built on the proprietary iPaaS. You’ll then be responsible for working with customers so they understand the integrations once live and then maintaining relationships with them for ongoing tweaks and optimisations.
As a Senior, you’ll own the outcomes of our biggest accounts which include some of the best brands in the world: Represent Clothing, Adanola, Stussy and The Row. You’ll also play a key role in the continuous improvement of how we deliver our software for brands to use for years to come.
Whilst you’ll be independent and autonomous, you’ll work closely with the Integrations Engineering team, Commercial Team and Product Team. Need to spend a few days onsite with a customer? Sure. Need a product change asap? Request it and they’ll make it happen. Want to learn more about our partners and space? You’ll be provided access with the best events and opportunities in our industry.
Above all, you own the customer relationships. You know customer problems before they do, and you’ve already got a proposed solution ready. You think ahead - you know their peak trading calendar, you’re planning months and quarters in advance. You never compromise on quality or customer experience.

📋 Your responsibilities
Deliver customer projects, efficiently and to the highest standard. Every time.
Lead new ways of working and initiatives. You play a key role in designing and evolving the delivery ways of working. The objective of how we scale without a 1:1 headcount while making customers less reliant on us is always front of mind.
Contribute to setting team priorities and planning capacity. You make key decisions on projects/customers when conflicting priorities arise. You monitor the capacity of the delivery team closely and work with the Head of SD + IE to mitigate risks together, ensuring the delivery team is planned successfully.
You advocate for customers and are present. You promote customer on-site visits, creating blueprints for the rest of the Solution Design team to embed with their own customers.
Drive AI-enablement and automation to cut manual delivery load and improve outcomes.
Subject matter expert. You have a developed knowledge of our key systems and partners. You know where to find new information and play an active role in keeping up to date with latest feature releases and communicating them to the team.
Commercial opportunities. You work with the commercial teams to identify new opportunities. You may support in pre-sales conversations and technical scoping sessions during the commercial process.
💯 Your qualifications
Required:
4+ years ecommerce integrations experience
Have an understanding of key partners (Shopify, Bleckmann, NetSuite, Peoplevox, Swap)
You use AI to work more efficiently and accurately
You have retail experience and understand retail operations
You communicate extremely well - written and verbal communications matter. You’re able to adapt how you communicate depending on the audience and technical skill level
Excellent project management skills - you understand waterfall and agile workflows, especially which parts matter and which parts get in the way!
Desirable:
You have a strong technical knowledge - you’re able to lead technical conversations and have the confidence to review technical documents including code
You’re seen as an AI-leader and have created and use agentic workflows
You have been involved in the launch of major tech transformations, including ecommerce replatforms, ERP implementations or warehouse/3PL migrations
