Senior Director Spain, Retail Sector for a Global Digital Transformation consultancy
Location: Arteixo, Spain (3–4 days/week on client site)

At threesixfive, we’re working with a global digital consultancy that partners with some of the world’s biggest brands to deliver complex, high-impact technology solutions. They’re now looking for an experienced Senior Director to take end-to-end responsibility for one of their flagship retail accounts in Spain.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who can combine commercial acumen, operational delivery excellence, and exceptional relationship-building skills. You’ll be embedded in the client’s environment, trusted to shape strategy, lead delivery, and drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the client relationship – serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor, building strong connections with senior stakeholders on-site in Arteixo 3–4 days per week.
Identify growth opportunities – anticipate client needs, propose innovative solutions, and align services with business goals.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams – foster collaboration, professional growth, and high performance across all delivery streams.
Oversee operational delivery – ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Shape and execute strategy – introduce best practices, champion Agile and Lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor performance and manage risk – track key metrics, address challenges early, and ensure alignment with client and internal objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in leading major client accounts, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or other fast-moving sectors.
Strong commercial mindset – able to identify opportunities, position services, and translate client requirements into delivery strategies.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage and influence at all levels.
Experienced in managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex programs.
Fluent in both English (C1+) and Spanish (C1+) – both are mandatory.
